    <description><![CDATA[In central Berlin along the line of the wall in the areas around the buildings that housed Hitler's bunker , The Gestapo and SS headquarters the  momuments and buildings were left in a state of war torn decay , a result of the Red army pulverizing the city and its people. These areas remained un-rebuilt, some what untouched since the fall of the Third Riech expect for the graffitti artist , in defiance of the notion that these scars bear a stark  reminder of the institutons and their people who were housed there.]]></description>
