Written in Bengali the few lines ask everyone going past it to do them a favour of having some steaming hot tea and warm snacks. One can find them at bends and corners of every street in Kolkata; small wooden structures covered by tin sheets at places are the tea stalls where the passers-by flock for some refreshments. This abandoned structure might once had its own group of patrons who used to frequent the place to enjoy some time away from daily drudgery. |
