Grapes of war, Aaita El Chaab, Lebanon
Description: Aaita El Chaab, a border village between Lebanon and Israel, was witness to heavy fighting and to number of casualties. Over 85% of its houses were destroyed, the rest of them encountered different degrees of damage. All the village crops -- olives, tobacco, grapes, fruits, etc. -- were either war-damaged, or due to cluster bombs harvesting them could prove deadly.

This is a great series

Gabriela , I want to just say what a visually strong and emotional story this series represents. I also love the descriptive and poetic approach your eye brings your image making , especially this shot ..
